hip carries, sharing with another adult. Easy to narrow and widen. Simple design.  Unstructured waistband isn't at all bulky. Packing in changebag. 

Some people don't like this: 

the panel is often outgrown before baby reaches the maximum weight. Because of the apron style of wear waistband may need to be higher than you expect.
