Some people like this for:

Adjustable waist goes very small, can put the carrier on then put the baby in, good for learning to back carry (internal harness), padded shoulder straps

Some people don't like this: 
They can be hard to fold, 
Buckles/webbing may put pressure on adults breast tissue in the early days. 
The panel is often outgrown before baby reaches the maximum weight. Difficult to feed in due to internal harness. Discontinued model so can't be purchased new.
